The training approach is based on different educational methods: Advocacy, Debate and, No Hate Speach to upgrade adult educators&#8217; competencies in teaching tolerance to adults. Specific objectives are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">to enrich teaching tools in adult education for trainers and staff working in teaching tolerance<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">to promote voluntary activities for an inclusive citizenship build starting by the intercultural approach<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">to generate and disseminate positive messages, aimed at achieving compatible coexistence respectful of one another European citizens (including ethnic and linguistic minorities) and the &#8220;newcomers&#8221; (refugees, migrants).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To reach the project objectives, partners&#8217; institutions will search for innovative teaching methods that will be tested in this specific context.
